Our lab has moved to the Neuroscience Research Building

Our lab recently relocated to the new Neuroscience Research Building, an 11-story, 609,000-square-foot neuroscience research building on the School of Medicine campus. The new building brings together more than 100 research teams from across the university focused on solving the many mysteries of the brain and the body’s nervous system.

Congratulations to Julian Abt for winning the Quatrano Prize in Biology

Julian Abt, a senior majoring in Neuroscience, with minors in Medical Humanities and Russian Language and Literature, in Arts & Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis, has been awarded the 2023 Ralph S. Quatrano Prize by the Department of Biology.

Moron-Concepcion appointed to NIH advisory board (Links to an external site)

Dr. Jose Moron-Concepcion, a professor at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, has been appointed to the National Advisory Dental and Craniofacial Research Council for a four-year term, advising on matters related to dental and craniofacial research, with a focus on opioid addiction and pain research.
