Statement of Diversity & Inclusion
The Moron-Concepcion Lab is committed to maintaining and celebrating an inclusive, supportive, and diverse environment to provide equity in training, career development, and opportunities for members of all backgrounds.
Together with the whole Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine, our lab is engaged in listening and promoting the voices of our BIPOC, LGBTQ+, URM, and other underrepresented scientists, trainees, and staff.
We believe that our diversity is a critical strength not only to our science but also to our daily lab culture allowing us to grow together and build strong foundations for future professional careers.
