Sofia Angulo-Lopera - Undergrad

Sofia Angulo-Lopera joined the lab as an Anesthesiology Summer Research Fellow (ASSURE), and is currently a senior at Washington University in St. Louis studying Comparative Literature and Cognitive Neuroscience. Her current research interests include opioid-induced respiratory depression and opioid-induced cardioprotection. She hopes to attend medical school and become a reconstructive plastic surgeon. When she’s not in lab, she enjoys volunteering with TentMission STL and spending time with her cats and friends.
